Our house was his first official sale (an achievement that I will forever celebrate for him and us) but if we didn't know that, we would have never guessed that. He has always been so knowledgeable and so dang quick to respond to our questions and concerns. He didn't only bring in the book smarts when it came to our transactions, he put in the elbow grease too...
